What to Expect
We here at On the Level Home Inspections believe that your inspection
should not be cause for anxiety during the home buying process. Here’s what you can expect when you retain the
services of On the Level Home Inspections:
· Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, usually between an hour and a half and three hours.
· On The Level will spend as much time as needed with you after the inspection to summarize our findings in language you will understand.
· A written report will also be provided to you the same day as the inspection. We take pictures of every concern, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.
