Joe’s work through the years has included the inspection of most every type of house from newly built homes to homes over 200 years old. There isn’t much Joe hasn’t seen in homes all over the country. He also brings many years of hands on construction experience from building new homes to complete renovations of homes of all ages.

Joe is a long standing member of the National Association of Home Inspectors where he receives his annual certification (#05122092). Joe acquired much of his vast construction and inspection experience along the east coast where he studied Architectural Technology. During a visit in 1991 he fell in love with Colorado and has been working here ever since. He is passionate about continued learning, understanding and teaching how homes were built in the past and how they should be built today.
